For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside brilliant engineers, and I’ve learned that the biggest leaps happen when we have honest, focused conversations. Office Hours was born from a simple belief: every engineer deserves access to experienced guidance, regardless of their background or network.

I genuinely enjoy untangling complex problems with others, whether it’s refining a system design or preparing for a technical leadership role. These sessions are my way of giving back to the community that has shaped my own career, and they’re free because mentorship should never be a commodity.

This isn’t about selling anything, it’s about creating space for the kind of dialogue that helps engineers grow, gain clarity, and build the confidence to tackle their next big challenge. My work in Language-Driven Design and Exploratory Domain Discovery has shown me that the best insights emerge from genuine conversation and shared understanding.
